Taupō, New Zealand – Huka Falls & the Airplane McDonald’s

On our drive from Rotorua to Tongariro, we stopped in Taupō to admire the thundering Huka Falls, grabbed a Big Mac inside a vintage DC-3 airplane at what’s been dubbed the world’s coolest McDonald’s, and enjoyed a peaceful lakeside stroll along the shores of Lake Taupō.
