Rotorua New Zealand – Te Puia and Waiotapu Geothermal Area

Rotorua, New Zealand is renowned for its geothermal activity and Maori culture. We visited Te Puia and saw Pōhutu (the largest geyser in the southern hemisphere) and watched a cultural show featuring the war haka. We explored the Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland including its famous Champagne Pool and geothermal-centric hiking trails.
