I made these cute fall cake pops (pumpkins, ghosts, and cats) for a work bake sale and competition. Mine were the cutest so of course I won the competition for selling the most 🙂
The cake flavor was pumpkin of course! I crumbed the baked pumpkin cake and mixed in cream cheese frosting (store bought because it’s more stable). I formed them into balls, inserted the pop stick, and then chilled in the fridge. For decorating, I used melted white almond bark and white chocolate molding fondant (colored with gel paste).
