Twinkie Cake
This was a fun cake to make for a friend’s birthday! Here was my inspiration, and my recipe on Rezape. I used the same strawberry filling and whipped cream as my shortcake recipe.
Trifle
This patriotic trifle with both strawberries and blueberries is great for 4th of July celebrations!
