Captain Marvel Helmet

I love the Captain Marvel costume and have been wanting to make this helmet for a while! It turned out amazing!

Printed the Captain Marvel helmet with black PLA+ on my CR-10 SMART (105% scale, 20% infill, supports, raft). The front piece took ~2 days and the back took 1 day.

Required a combo of sanding, wood filler, grey spray paint filler, and black spray paint primer to smooth.

Completed the final paint color with red spray paint and multiple coats of blue acrylic paint.

Attached velcro to each of the two pieces to hold them together. Here’s the finished helmet!

Next step will be making a more legit costume (that’s not just a leotard) and working on the mohawk!
